Property has no reception and guests arriving before 16:00 may leave their luggage in the agency office: Colombet Immobilier, 11 Rue de le Vieille Intendance, 34000 Montpellier, France. Please contact the property in advance in order to arrange payment and organise an appointment for key collection. Please note that a contract will have to be signed at the agency for the rental.
The service charge includes the bed linen, towels and cleaning fees.
Please note that a EUR 500 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the studio during your stay and will be returned upon your departure. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

畢業求職季進入尾聲，2家人力銀行今( 23 )日不約而同公布「 2017 新鮮人就業調查」，起薪終於出現起色，2項調查均破 27K ，最多創7年新高。不過，新鮮人期待薪資與實際狀況仍有落差，最高達 4,415 元，近4成在職新鮮人評估，生活處於「入不敷出」狀態。
1111人力銀行公布「 2017 新鮮人就業調查」，第一份正職月薪平均 27,850 元，較去年成長6個百分點，創 2011 年以來、7年新高，至於新鮮人期待月薪與現實仍存在 4,415 元落差，又以「理工/資訊/運輸學群」畢業生起薪最優，達 29,648 元，反觀「建築/設計/藝術學群」起薪則偏低，平均只有 25,743 元，相差 3,905 元，呈現薪情大不同。
另一方面， yes123 求職網也公布新鮮人就業狀況調查，平均起薪 27,268 元，較去年微幅成長 1.5% ，首度破 27K ，創下5年新高，但與新鮮人的期望值相比，仍有 2,570 元的落差。
yes123 調查並發現，試用期過後，大多數人沒有被加薪， 39.7% 的在職中新鮮人透露，目前生活經濟狀況屬於「入不敷出」，有 62% 新鮮人指出，「曾經有過」離職念頭，其中 18.8% 提出辭呈。
1111 人力銀行副總經理李大華指出，目前線上資料庫有超過 15 萬筆工作機會歡迎新鮮人投遞履歷，顯示景氣緩步復甦，就業市場更顯活躍，呈現事浮於人榮景。
長庚嘉義醫院一年一度的永慶盃路跑活動，24日早上7點開始報到，主持人朱翠萍(長庚醫院胡護理部主任)拉開嗓門， 充滿活力地帶動炒熱現場氣氛。8點一到完成毛巾操暖身運動操後，便正式鳴槍開跑，一股閃耀的橙色力量在嘉義縣政特區湧動。
24日早上，橙景點民宿色制服閃耀嘉義縣政特區；超過1萬人穿著統一的橙色制服、披著橙色毛巾，自四方湧入會場。主辦的長庚醫院表示，今(106)年嘉義場路跑活動吸引超過1萬4千人報名參加，比105年1萬2千人報名人數更多、也更熱鬧。
路跑活動開跑前，主持人朱翠萍引導張花冠縣長、蔡易餘立委、吳芳銘副縣長、太保市長黃榮利、朴子市長王如經及嘉義長庚醫院院長林志鴻，帶領大家一起以王永慶先生最喜歡的毛巾建康操，為盛大的路跑活動做暖身。
張花冠指出，長庚醫院辦永慶盃路跑活動已7年，從第1年的6千多人開始，直到現在超過1萬4千人報名。並表示，路跑活動是大家的健康指標。
張花冠呼籲大家，健康要靠自己保養，而多做公益一定會有福報，盼藉由大家共同]努力，讓嘉義成為健康城市。
